small room noisy fan
breakfast was included in the price it WAS acceptable
the room was much smaller than expected I booked a double, but it felt more like a single the bathroom exhaust fan was very dusty and noisy at night parking was also difficult to find nearby.

friendly staff perfect location comfy bed
i stayed at this place for 4 nights i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the location was perfect with easy access to the promenade and nearby attractions i enjoyed the excellent english breakfast served each morning. the superior double or twin room sea view not pet friendly offered fine views i opened the windows and heard the sound of the waves. the room was very clean and nicely decorated the bed was really comfy. i also found the spa bath a wonderful addition to my stay. the facilities were well-kept and the hotel provided a quiet atmosphere. i felt very attended to and appreciated the staff's help with every request i would certainly consider staying again.
parking nearby was difficult and quite expensive

friendly staff perfect location thin duvet lukewarm shower
the room was nice, i had the superior double or twin room sea view not pet friendly. location was perfect, opposite the pier, and everything was near. the staff was really friendly, and this made a difference.
the room was a bit cold outside. the bed had a very thin summer duvet on it. the shower, the morning, was only lukewarm.
